Took Joe's advice yesterday and hunted my neighbors yard in the jewerly mode in Enfield. Absolutely amazed at the depth I was finding some things. Brass or copper fittings well into the foot and a half range. Took out the fitting, scanned the hole and nothing else. Found alot of other things I can't identify yet. Some type of tools. I am just SO Excited that I am actually pulling up things.
 
Yesterday I got a very good signal and dug an old square nail at 10" from my back yard. 250 is a powerful little machine.
 
That is a good indictation that your property may of had another building on it.
