I agree. When I look for employees I start at the top. That is the older the better. I could care a rats a$$ if they are 80 years old. As long as they can do the job then they have the job! I've had 2 restaurants and was just tired of the teenagers. But sometimes all you can get for night help is kids.

I hear you bud. They also save a bundle on benefits and pensions. They'll probably load their stores up with illegals at a few bucks an hour. Nothing I hate worse than to walk into a store and run into some young, snot nosed, teeny bopper who can't direct you to the bathroom. I ran into one the other day at GI Joes. He couldn't have told me where the exit was. I hate to go to fast food joints here as they are running over with them and these kids can't spell their own name.

Yeah employers here have been bitchin for a long time over the fact that they have to interview 200 applicants to fill five entry level positions then they have to train those five for two weeks to perform a job you or I could do after five minutes of explanation. It's pathetic, and it's a known fact that most of the kids coming out of school these days actually can't read the diploma that is handed to them. We are turning each successive generation into generations of idiots.

That's why they let all the illegals pour in here. Soon they'll have everyone's job. Bill Gate has been before Congress trying to get them to bump up the visa quota or do away with it altogether so he and others like him can bring in hi-tech workers from India and other countries and hire them for minimum wage and fire their American workers. This is what it's all coming down to so get ready for it.

The corporations and the government are working very hard hand to hand to turn this country into a two-class society - the very rich and the very poor. Tye Middle Class is on the way out they just don't know it yet.
