Deleted Modes

Thought I was deleting a pattern and instead deleted the "coin" mode. Is there a way to get it back without rebooting the whole machine?

It should be in the 'samples" collection. Copy it from there to your detector. Or visa versa depending upon where you deleted it from.

Is the "samples" collection something in the x2 program?

Yes it is....drag it from the collection up to the CTX label (left side of screen on X2)

And if I don't have a PC, what do I do to get the coin mode back? Restore the whole machine back to factory settings?

Thanks everyone for your help. I am borrowing a friends PC and loading in the x2 program and I'll see what happens.

Remember after copying the mode to the CTX on the pc to not turn your detector off until AFTER you have unplugged the USB cable and the detector says it updated.

Thanks. That is what I did and the "factory" coin mode has returned to the ctx. Now to make some patterns and try to load them into the ctx!!
