DeLeon vs White M6

I've had a Cibola for over a year and have been overall pleased with its relative simplicity via turn n go. I'm thinking of adding either a DeLeon or White's M6 as I like the VDI feature that I once had in a White's 6000 DI (analog display). So, my question is posed more towards those who have used both and if they have a preference of one over the other and why? Plus, what would you consider a fair value for a used DeLeon? I've established a range for the M6. Thanks for your help.

well i've had both the deleon runs at 10 khz, the m6 runs at 14.7 khz i think the m6 has a little more bells and whistles it would be more comparible against the cortes but the m6 has auto ground tracking where the deleon is fixed plus the tdi is huge compared to the deleon i guess i would say it all depends where your going to hunt plus the m6 has a vco pinpoint as well but honestly i really prefered my deleon for some reason i just found more and became one with that machine, i guess if i were you some how try to get a chance to try both the deleon on average used is about $350.00 and the m6 is about $500.00 range and you might find the m6 a hair deeper but you really should try both because these two are sort of like comparing apples and oranges.

I've got both the DeLeon and the MXT (big brother to the M6) and have to go along with amcjavelin. I like them both and have done well with both, but the M6 has some bells and whistles which are nice, especially the auto ground tracking and the multiple tone option. The DeLeon wins the weight comparison by a bunch which is one major reason I like mine a lot as I'm no longer as young and tough as I once was. In the areas I usually hunt, the preset GB seems to be fine. My two cents.

I dont have the M6 but do have the DeLeon so I cant compare, but I can agree (and do agree) with amcjavelin that the DeLeon is a machine that can become a part of you (or you a part of it). As with BarberBill, the weight of the DeLeon is a big plus for me.

I meant to add, I do have VDI machines that manully ground balance and one with auto tracking, and the DeLeon holds its own with both of them, that is in the soil where I live and hunt.
