Deleon threshold question

telerobotics

New member
Just got my first Tesoro/Deleon. Had Whites before. I have a threshold hum in all metal but none in Disc no mater were i but knob. I am not sure if this is normal for a Tesoro or if someting is wrong since this is my first. Thank you all!

for my Tesoro Silver Sabre uMax and Bandido II uMax. I adjust my threshold where there is a light humming sound in the All Metal Mode, and then there will be "silent search" (no humming) when in the Discrimination Mode. It is important to remember to adjust the threshold in the All Metal Mode. Kelley (Texas) :)

Now.. when you flip to Disc... have you or anyone tried to SUPER TUNE as the Cibola?.... that is: take the Threshold and turn up all the way! Does that increase sensitivity and depth?... Just wondering????

Hi Rich

Tried doing it with the girlfriend's DeLeon, didn't notice any difference but then I'm no real expert,if anything it just reduces the stability of the signal return I think?

She don't like me messing with her machine, told me if I do it again the next deep hole she digs with it ..., well, you can guess the rest! :)

good luck and HH

Sounds fair to me! no one wants to be caught messing with another machine!... good advice tho!... all the best...
