DeLeon hits deep silver again

Last night after a short hunt a the local high school football field and some meager clad finds I decided to try the field that has this year given up a 1936 silver quarter, a 1959 silver dime and a small silver ring. I was there for about half an hour when my son showed up I was about done but I figured since he had walked the mile to the schools I would use the time to visit with him while I dug a few more targets. We walked and talked while I searched the field he is 15 so usually hanging around with dad while he plays in the dirt is not he idea of fun. As I dug up some junk targets I told him if I hit a good signal it would probably be a silver coin and a few targets later I got a solid silver signal at 6" dug a good sized plug ran that over my coil and the target was not there so I dug deeper staying away from the center of the hole but breaking the dirt loose I went about 4 more inches down and grabbed a handful of the dirt ran that over the coil still no target, rechecked the hole and the signal was still there broke up a little more dirt from the center of the hole and ran this across the coil and there it was opened my hand and saw a edge of a small coin. It was another 1959 silver dime this is the year I was born so it is nice to find any coins with that date.........................thanks for reading and keep looking down
