DeLeon/Cortez

redleg

New member
Looking to buy a DeLeon. Would think of a Cortez, but understand
it is hard to read for an old guy with poor reading vision.

Any suggestions on sellers? Looking for the DeLeon, (new), and also a 5.75 concentric coil for it, coil covers for both coils.
Any help, thanks.

Hi illinoisgarrett'

Good choice. I have a Deleon, and yes, for us older hunters the LCD display is much easier to read. Plus, performance will be the same in DISC mode. East to use, light, good sound (for older ears), well.....it's perfect for us old geeks.

If you are buying new, they will all be the same price and there are many dealers that may contact you just from this post. You may find them used in the classifieds in this forum or other THing forums. There's also eBay.

I'm sure if you wait a little, some members here will lead you to their favorite dealer.

Welcome and let us know how you like the new Tesoro.

Dan,

thanks for the info.

Have been hearing some good things about
the DeLeon, for the price and the lifetime
guarantee think I will be giving it a try.

Do you have any extra coils with yours?
If so how do you like their performance?

Again, thanks for the info.

the 7" wide scan DD coil. The stock coil is good for most of my hunting. The 7" has not been used, but will be my beach coil (due to mineralization at the beach). If I get another coil, it would be the 4" for trashy areas.

The Deleon is the best coin machine I have used.
