Deep Silver program

How is the Deep silver program in the V3i? Do you find that you have to make adjustments and to what? Thanks
 
It's a single frequency program and can be a little heavy on the ears. I'll use it every once in a while, but when I do, I turn on threshold, and sometimes switch to 3 freq. mode.
