Deep Program

Not my favorite program to use.

Will cause iron (deeper) to sound pretty good more often than say running the hot program.

For more open field cleaner fields ferrous wise might work.
My sites, most have quite a bit of ferrous in the,,deep too.

Deep 4.0 runs version 2.0 filters. With that being said I don't like the way the signals sound in the deep 4.0 program..

Hi Cat---digger, Do you use the 9" round coil? I think that is what I see in your videos do you have the 5x10" coil? I was looking to get a HF coil and don't know what one to get. I hunt parks and sports fields, some parks has a lot of trash. What do you think would be the best to get? My ground is not to bad in most spots. Thanks flintstone

I have the both 9 and 5 x 8 and I like the 9 hf best for what I do.

on largeish targets it beats all the other progs by a mile..
in fact on a box of paint tubes it gets 3 feet in air and the other progs wont see the target at 3 feet or even half that

I was using deep with the H/F coils at 28 kHzs for about 20 minutes today, until the heavens opened up with ice cold rain.

During that short time digging on the field that I have detected quite a few times for about four years past, 3 silver items surfaced.

Yes, I had a couple of circular pieces of iron which fooled the detector readings.

Having said that the non ferrous X-Y readings were very accurate even with plenty of old ferrous about.

Silver was showing bottom left top right each time.

Its got to be worth others giving the factory menu Deep setting a chance.

Happy Hunting,

Jerry.:)
