I can recall only one time when I found more than one coin in a deep hole with the Explorer, although I hear other people do from time to time. Finding several surface coins scattered in one drop is not unusual, so there must be plenty of deep coin spills out there. I guess that to me several deep coins must sound like deep iron, and since there is usually another piece of junk around to clutter the signal up that's enough for me to move one (usually I walk around a deep signal to determine whether the target is good and to pinpoint, and if the signal is spread out over a few sq feet I move on). The few times I have tried to dig these signals up have yielded nothing. Is there any easy way to determine if several coins are together and deep, other than "on the job" training? Thanks.
