OK, we hit the upper 30's today and the sun was out, so I had to get the detector out! Then because it was so sunny and warm I put on some sunblock, put on a T-shirt and some shorts and went swingin! :)

It might hit 40 tomorrow, I might just go water detecting! :)
I better take the chain saw along to cut out a foot of ice! :lol:

It was 15 degrees, with wind chills well below zero so, I went to the beach :) Today was pretty much a bust, just a couple of clad and some junk (just too sanded in). Yesterday I did manage to hit a little gold. One was a Rolling Stones logo pendant and the other was just two links and a broken clasp to what must have been a real heavy gold bracelet. Those two links weigh more than my heaviest ring. :) Man, I did what I could to find the rest of it :lol: I also found what looks to be a small silver earring with some neat looking "diamonds". It was much warmer yesterday, around 34 degrees (I was actually a little too warm at one point). It sure was a lot colder today. I needed a sweat band for my nose :rofl:
