Decent day detecting

I got out yesterday and did some detecting. End up finding 9 wheats, one silver nickel, a peter witherspoon fob and a red whatsit and some other stuff.. Any info on the red thing is appreciated. The funny part about the hunt is, yesterday morning I told my wife I wanted to find some silver but all I seem to be finding is silver nickels. Seems like every yard I hunt lately has one in it. Then low and behold I found one yesterday.
I was using Low frequency coil, ground balance about 40 sensitivity at 25 sometimes a little lower. For some reason both nickels I found were in the 40's. That happens a lot with this coil.

It looks like you did pretty good. I like finding those FOB's and it's been a few years since I've found one.

Oh yea, the red thing I have no clue as to what it is but I found one just like it a year or so ago.

Thanks Mark. Someone told me they thought the red thing was a bicycle reflector.

That FOB is pretty cool! Its been awhile for me too on finding one. Looks like a fun day!! Congrats!!

Travis, I think the red thing is a reflector from a bike. That was my first thought when I saw it and now that someone else thinks so too figured I say so.
Great finds by the way.

Nice finds! Like was always say, "silver is silver". That's a pretty cool fob. I found something similar to your red glass items on Saturday, they were both in a sort of metal mounting. Don't know what mine are either but they were in the same hole. Round on top and nearly flat on the bottom.
