All I can say is thank you for letting me vent. I do want to add that I absolutely LOVED my machines when they were working. I would have put them up agains any other machine out there. I have 10" coils on both.

I feel your pain. I had a similar experience with them a few years back. I like their machines but dealing with the service dept. is a nightmare.
 
I KNOW THEY USED TO MAKE GOOD MACHINES.I'VE USED THEM FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS,BUT IF I HAD HALF THE TROUBLE YOU SEEM TO BE HAVING,I WOULD DUMP ALL FISHER MACHINES,AND GO WITH A COMPANY LIKE WHITES OR TESORO. I HAVE NOT OWNED THEIR MACHINES,BUT I HAVE NEVER HEARD A BAD WORD CONCERNING THEIR SERVICE. JUST A THOUGHT,HOPE THINGS GET BETTER.
