DD or Sniper and depth

The larger the coil, the deeper it gets. Bigger coils get better depth, but read more targets under the coil and as a result a target could be masked and not heard at all or sound like junk. A sniper coil reads less targets because of it's size and can more easily read targets accurately, but not as deep. DD coils will get better depth in higher mineralized soil then a concentric coil..
