DD coils??

Can anyone tell me if Tesoro makes a DD coil that works on the Deleon? I haven't seen a DD coil at Tesoro at all and am wondering maybe I missed it somewhere.Reasons???? <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?">
 
Tesoro makes 7 inch, 8.5 inch and 11 inch widescan (DD) round coils that will work on your Deleon.

These are referred to by Tesoro as "widescan" rather than double-D, but basicly the same thing. The big 18x3.6 inch "CleanSweep" coil is also technically a double-D type, though a modified version. The listed sizes should work fine on the DeLeon.

The development and production of this coil was developed by Jim Pugh with the design housing of mine. This coil is now in production and orders will be taken. The picture of this coil is one of five that was produced for field test. This is not a prototype as was not the one that made it's debute. .... is made for the Tesoro models? If so, which ones? I'm trying to read between the cryptic lines here, but not sure I'm following your comments.
 
on the classifieds on another detecting site. It says their available for the Shadow X3-X5 and the orders are piling in. It looks like the one that was shown on Troys Shadow forum a few days ago where it was stated that it would not be on the market for several months as much more testing has to be done. I'd be careful til the whole story is known on this one.
