Check it peeps, my first gold today ! Almost past it up, got tired of pull tabs but my patience prevailed Hit right around the 12.15 mark about 8" deep in the wet sand...I'M SO HAPPY !!!

Congrats on finding the gold and the other finds. I really appreciate your telling us how deep is was and VDI readings also. I always wonder, when its not posted along with pictures of the finds. I hope to be hunting the beaches on the west coast of Fl, real soon. Thanks

Thats a beauty, maybe you are on a roll! Seems to happen, you find one, and then BANG! Maybe its just the extra burst of energy or something, but I think you should get out tomorrow and look for some more.
