Didn't want to waste a day off,so decided to take a ride.Called by brother Al (Alsway) and asked if wanted to go. Figured why not "Battleship Cove"? Haven't been there in almost 30 yrs,and always say I'm gonna go there "sometime". Well we went. Al has never been there, and was concerned with the COLD weather. The Gentleman at the entrance informed me,the PT Boats are in a heated building, and the Battleship Massachusetts is heated inside! So we paid the entrance fee,and away we went! Will show more photo's maybe tonight. How's this for a little bitty anchor?Yes it was COLD![attachment 48677 Battleship Cove003.jpg][attachment 48673 Battleship Cove033.jpg][attachment 48674 Battleship Cove031.jpg]

Some decks are off limits. Most Cabins may be locked, but have plexiglass upper halfs, for viewing. They make the rooms look occupied, with furniture, ashtrays, file cabinets, officers uniforms may be hanging on a chair an such.
