:starwars:Wow, the beach dunes were cut from end to end.Myself Barber half, barber quarter, at least 10 mercs ,buffalo,whts, small gold filling, silver rosies. couple of junk rings.Coin after coin after coin.After a 2 tide hunt i was junk. There wre over 20+ guys hunting evey one of them got silver I'm sure .I got home to tired to empty bag will post some photo's tomorrow.I'm quite sure you'll get a update from at least 5 or 6 other people. To the best of my knowledge at least 3 gold rings and silvers too.That's what you call a PATCH THE WHOLE BEACH.:starwars::starwars::starwars:

How late did you guys hunt? I quit about 8:30 last night - 152 coins in 5 hours. Not as many silvers turning up as I'd hoped but plenty of clad to pay for gas and tolls. Plenty of wheats and buffs, too. With luck, the next storm will strip this sand without dumping the dune sand back on top to cover it!
 
WHERE I HUNTED IN AM WAS CUT WELL AND HAS ALWAYS GIVEN UP SOME SILVER HAD THE SAME PROBLEM TOO MUCH OF THE DUNE SAND FELL.BUT IT GAVE UP TONS OF CLAD.

I tallied up my finds from yesterday; got 1 10K gold ring, 22 silvers (Barbers, Mercs, Rosies, 1 SLQ)8 Buffalo Nickels, tons of wheaties and clad, clad, clad!
I was pretty beat but somehow found the energy to get up and hunt the A.M. tide this morning.

Did anyone find any Indians? Thought it pretty weird that nobody seemed to find any with all that sand moved.
 
There wasn't much left and the sand looked to be moving back in. A few silvers but overall slim pickings. We all grinded the beach pretty good and the tide changes the beach quickly!

Give me a call if you want to head out in the A.M. I plan on finding at least 1 more gold ring before my vacations up.

The stuff came out of the dunes and was mostly up high on the slope.Sorry fortaking so long to respond they shut coputers down at school ,some kind of virus.
 
Well it figures I just sent my HH Diver back today to get the wiring fixed :(
