A friend of mine found this item, and I think it's indian, but not sure. It is very heavy rock, almost like iron, but not. The hole in the center is about the size of a silver dollar to give an idea of the size.

Not sure but I think I remeber seeing an arrow straightner that looked simular. The arrow shaft is soaked in water, and then the arrow shaft is ran up and down through the straightner and the shaft eventually straightens out. Just a thought.
