I would go with the Teknetics T2se or a G2. I use these two now & my CZ's are collecting dust in the corner. Not that there's anything wrong with them it's just the Teks are so much more balanced. They also have very good discriminators on them. In my opinion better than the CZ's.

I wonder if its chrome for corrosion from salt water. Hence the multi frequency. FT should make them in camp again for relic hunters.

I'm thinking it'll be a T2 Platinum Edition. Boost mode and everything. It would make sense they'd go to that. I mean. The standard T2 is backordered due to demand, but the SE isn't...

Hmmm. Display looks just like my 2006 model, but I suppose current ones are no different. My coil doesn't have a spiffy T2 logo on it, but I think it can only use "T2" coils, so right there is pretty much a giveaway. You'd have to see the version display to know for sure, I asked my hairdresser and she didn't know!
