Actually did get snow & ice..., not only that but the ground is as hard as 6"thick concrete..:rage:.

The poor green fella is real bummed.:( and sits and stares at me:poke:

I know how you feel. I made one last trip out yesterday before the weather hit. It started to snow when I was out in the woods. On the return trip back my footprints were all covered with the white stuff. The grounds not froize here, but it's too windy and cold to think about digging.

WE got a break. Seven days of sun and 50-60 degree weather coming up, starting with today which was lovely.

What Goes Around Comes Around, Bill.

During January you were floating around on Arks, while we in the Midwest were enjoying thawed ground, which is almost unheard of. Now we are frozen up again and you are getting the great days you've been wanting.

Go Get "em while the gettin's good:clapping:

Ok...now look, I know it's easier to dig a hole in the snow..but come on now, I have to dig snow just so that I could shovel snow.:stretcher:!?!?!?!....I've got around 18 freekin' inches over here!:ranting:

The Green Machine's been whimpering in the corner...and heck, so have I! I finally had some time to head out for my FIRST (yes, first...I should be shot:punch:) hunt of 2006 and bam!

:rage: I give up....my new hunting partner shall be a torch...a great big, gas spewing, snow melting, clad curling, oxygen burning, ground smoldering torch.:hot:

Ok...I feel better....
