Dang..... Lost battery cover

Got home today and my battery cover was missing. I've only hunted with the fors core 3 times. Very disappointed. I sent an email to Nokta and Kelly co. Anyone else lost a cover?
 
When I go detecting, if im going to go thru trees or brush to find gold. Then I put a piece of electrical tape over the battery cover so it dont get ripped off by a branch or something. Never lost one yet. Good luck
 
I emailed Nokta and they sent me a reply the next morning with Kellyco copied asking them to send me a new cover. You can't beat the response time from Nokta but I have not heard from Kellyco yet.

The Nokta folks seem like good people.
