Brought up the weather radar on my screen. It showed a line of thunderstorms moving towards an area I wanted to hunt, but my calculations showed it should clear the area by the time I got there. I drove and had rain pretty well all the way there, and when I finally got there, yahoo! The sun just peaked through the clouds. After about 40 minutes, I was once again in rainy conditions complete with thunder & lightning. Back to the car to wait it out. I repeated this same scenario 2 more times, then headed back home. And it poured pretty well all the way home. :(

Of course on the plus side, and never eager to quit until some decent shows up, I did get a ring. Targets were very few as shown. And the Garrett Gals also showed up today. Man they follow me around a lot ????......:bouncy:

Quarterhorse says them gals would make a hungry dawg jump off the gut wagon

Rod Serling made me an x-ray vision coil, probably voided Quarterhorse's warranty, but to  with his  lazy arse, he won't take me out detecting, says his knee hurts, its HOT outside, that he heard from a good source that there are herds of mosquitos so Rod and I'll just go by ourselves :yikes:
