Dagger from Depth.

New member
I was out the other day using the X70 and the 7.5kHz coil.

I had a little whisper and a mixed reading Ferrous and the non Ferrous.

I started digging and out came this 1930`s Commando dagger from near 18" yes 18".

It was lying horizontal which meant a good initial signal but even so it was the uni-probe which
Finally pinpointed it.

It measures 11.25" and the Brass handle is about 4.75"

Although corroded the dagger still has a nice balance feel to it.

Happy Christmas to you all.Jerry.

Great shape too. Are you going to try and clean it up? That's a nice piece of history, nice save. Ron
