CZ7A Pro reads all square tabs as nickles. Also reads zinc pennies as silver coin even though it is notched out. any ideas? Thanks.
 
I'd suggest calling Fisher labs / First Texas and talk to them. Sounds like it needs some help.

Have you pulled your coil cover off and cleaned out salt/black sand?
 
Had same problem. Removed coil cover, cleaned, and problem went away.
