CZ7a Pro dust cover

Don't mean to gloom and doom you. Could not find one for my CZ-3d either. Ended up....don't laugh at me, but wrapped an old t-shirt around the control housing, held together with what else, but duct tape. In the hood I hunt, you don't walk around with anything that looks expensive.

Not sure if FRL made one for the CZ7APro. I have one for my CZ-5, and it's starting to fall apart. I'm thinking about making a leather hipmount holster for my 5.

Again, if I can get it through, its being sold by KCD. FRL doesn't make one for the CZ7a. They might for other models.I'm certainly not laughing at you wrapping yours with an old t-shirt. I've been wrapping mine completely with a zip lock bag and holding it in place with a velcro strap. I make little holes in the plastic for the coil and headphone connections. It keeps the dirt and sand from getting into the box and from grinding onto the display, but it also keeps the heat trapped in. I think I'm going to have to keep the bottom open for ventilation. Hip and chest mounting, and using a harness (I'm an old guy!), is an option and consideration for me. Since I use a 12" coil too, my body really takes some punishment from the weight.I have to switch arms often. For now however, I'm just wondering how well the rain/dust cover from KCD works and how well its made. I suppose I can always call them and ask how its constructed, mounted, and the materials its made of. Thanks Again.
