i just got a cz70 and have read the owners manual cover to cover 3 times but since this is my first manual ground balance machine i wanted to ask about getting this just right for the ground i'm hunting in. the manual says you can either use the pushbutton method or the bobbing the coil method but the bobbing method can be more accurate. wouldn't you want to use the most accurate method? i have read that the best depth depends on accurate ground balancing the machine. im sure with a little more practice it will become second nature but right now i'm not too certain i have it right. any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. thanks....roger
Indeed proper accurate ground balancing produces a stable unit with better depth. Have to admit the bobbing method detailed in the manual must have been written by a tech as it can become confusing so go out in your back yard with manual in hand and go step by step and after a while a bob or two and its ground balanced and your on your way. Under most conditions the bobbing method is more accurate so time spent learning the proper way is recommended. A tip I might offer set your volume at 10(Max) so you can hear the audio differences more clearly. Any more questions fire way as lots of seasoned CZ users which frequent this forum and they can help. Above all no stupid questions only stupid people afraid to ask. Remember we all had to learn a unit also and a simple tip here and there can make this user friendly unit easier from the get-go...
