CZ70 Parts Question

Does anyone know if repair parts are available for the CZ70? I've found one I'm interested in but wondering if down the road it needed serviced if Fisher can still repair these.

Call them directly. They will tell you like it is on parts and repair.

My guess is that they won't have much if any in the way of parts for it.

My opinion, based on reading a lot and on my experience with the two CZ's I bought used and still have, is that the entire CZ line has endured pretty well. If that particular CZ is performing well now and is taken care of (not left in a hot car, not gotten wet inside the box and not banged around) chances are pretty good that it will serve you well for a long time. I have a CZ6A and an older CZ20 that just keep going.

I had a friend that called them and the only area of concern they had at that time was the display assembly. I love my CZ70 and if the one you found is working good I wouldn't miss a chance to try it. They take a beating and keep on beeping. They are very relaxing to use compared to some of the the new F series detectors. They also still do a very good job, especially on the beach. Good luck, let us know what you decide.
