CZ6a operating manual download

John(Tx)

New member
Where can I download the operating manual for the cz6a? I looked in the FRL website but the 6a is not listed, the closest listed is the cz5. Just thought there might be one for the cz6a exclusively. Thanks, John

Contact Fisher and they may still have some manuals around..if not a CZ5 is the same machine workwise minus the weather resistant features and has a outside speaker are the only differences...CZ5 manual will work fine and Fsher will send you one no charge in most instances...

between the 5" coil vs the older 4" coil known as the hockey puck? I liked the 4", will the 5" do the same thing in trashy areas? Thanks, John

Sorry, I'm not Dan, but I'll jump in. I have heard of the 5" being called the hockey puck....& the no longer made 3.5" being called the "super sniper" or something like that. Mine is for the x-series Fisher's, & I really need to try it again. Yes, both will do the same thing pretty much...both are solid small coils that can "unmask" the goodies in trash. I loved my 5" on my 1270 when I was using that. If you can get a 3.5" I would grab it & keep it......they are very hard to find now.....HH, Bill

The hockey puck and 5 inch coil are interchangeable namewise. Never measured the little bugger but it works well in trash and , next to fences and the like with good depth and like swinging a feather..Excellent acc. coil for CZ units...

asking on the various classifieds forums, or watch E-bay as well......I see 'em occationally. If the 3.5" eludes you....the 5" is really not much different. Good luck, Bill
