CZ6a Coil connector

Stagecoach

New member
I have a broken wire just south of the connector and would like to replace the whole thing. Does anybody know where I can get parts? Does Fisher sell them. Thanks.

You don't seem to need another connector just a pro soldering job...Years ago when I hipmounted everything broke a wire more than once from pulling wire..Had a local TV repair that would resolder the whole thing back on professionally and test it...Sure Fisher sells parts...just give them a call but from reading your post looks like your building a new barn because of a broken door hinge..

I agree, just solder the piece back on. By the way, may be you can help me out. I own a CZ6 and i like to converted to a CZ6a, I like to see a diagram of the headset connection, and the conversion from 4 to 5 pin. The cz6 has a 4 pin search coil conector and has a pig tail for headphone, I like to convert the headset to standard plug and convert the connection of the search coil to from 4 pin to a 5 pin connector, but A diagram or picture would be very helpful. Thanks

I own a cz6, and i like to converted to a cz6a, I was wondering if you can take a picture of how the 5 pin coil connrctor is soldered onto the board? I know this would help me and many others that are trying to convert their cz6 to an cz6a because of the lack of search coils for the cz6. Any help is appreciated.
