CZ6 adapter

I just got a cz6 detector and it didn't come with the pigtail adapter for the headphones. Is there any way around this or can I still get one from Fisher.

Someone's got to have one in old stock or sitting in a closet....
Fisher, I'm pretty sure will not have any, and to convert it over to a CZ-6A with normal phones plug will be expensive....
Also, try,
brokendetector.com as sometimes they have old parts like that......

Hi,

I have CZ6, do not hesitate... remove those 2 screws on the back side..then push the coil connector (press it hard) then you open the box, some force is necessary because of sticky sealing on under the front panel. Just remove 4 pin headphone connector from the front panel, you need to buy cheep stereo jack chassie conn. and wire it. that's all. My CZ has the same, few days ago i managed to install a new type coil connectors made by Switchcraft (same as other cz's). If you need help:andk@poczta.fm
