CZ5 Quicksilver coils

Frank

New member
Wanted: A good, used 5" and a good, used 10" coil for a CZ5 Quicksilver. I have a detecting friend that is a retired police officer and probation officer from Huntsville, Tx. He doesn't have much money and he and his wife, who still has to work, live in a 3 room house they just bought recently. He takes her to work so that he can use their only workable car to go detecting. Here in central Texas (Stephenville) good coin hunting areas are extremely hard to find. As I, also, work for the local police dept., I'm sometimes able to gain permission to hunt a few areas. But, these areas are usually trash filled, hence the need for a 5" coil, or they're very large fields requiring a larger coil. I use a DFX and read and, occasionally, post on the DFX forum here (Frank, Tex.). I told Bob that I would try to locate the 2 coils that would greatly help him. I may even have to help him financially in aquiring them if a price is not what he can afford, although he'd be really pi**ed if I did. If anyone out there has these 2 workable coils that they can let go of with a modest price, please contact me. Thanks, Frank, Tex. e-mail: frankmore@webtv.net
