Found these in a small town park today along with a couple dollars worth of clad coins. The injun was reading 7 inches and zinc on the CZ5...good solid hit with the 5 inch coil. 1904 injun in pretty crispy shape which is unusual as they normally come out looking pretty good with a nice green patina.
The 1905 O barber dime is in very nice condition and pegged the depth meter at 8 inches and still reading nice and solid with positive high coin lock on. The ground here is saturated after all the rain we have had recently. Some areas of the park had water standing in the lower areas still. Very nice digging
in the moist black dirt on an an overcast day in the mid 70's. Perfect weather to be out swinging a detector. The barber dime has some beautiful detail on the reverse.
