CZ3D W/5"

I'M HAVING GOOD SUCCESS WITH THE CZ3D W/8" COIL, LEARNING TO DIG ACCORDING TO
TONES, AND HIGH TONE IS NOT ALWAYS COIN, BUT MORE SO THAN NOT. BUT HERE'S THE
DEAL, WHEN I SWITCHED TO THE 5" COIL, THE REVERSE HAPPENS. HIGH TONE, MORE OFTEN
THAN NOT, ENDS UP BEING SM "RUSTED IRON". QUESTION... DO I NEED TO SET UP THE CZ3D
DIFFERENT FOR EACH COIL, EVEN IN SAME SOIL CONDITIONS, OR IS THIS THE NATURE OF THE
BEAST, WITH A 5" COIL?

The 5" coil is great.I have pulled a lot of deep silver coins with it.I have all 4 coils. The cz3d controversy is a big thing. But i Never have a problem with rusty nails.I guess that i lucked out. Bill.

Sharp, short high tone-coin or other high conductor--longer high tone-iron. Gotta learn to tell the difference.

Thanks, that might help, I will give it a try.
