could someone help me on the cz 6 and 6a.. what is the diff and did one seem to have some problems.. one had no internal speaker and a pigtail for phones. one cz also had batter drain and was that not a cz7?? help!!!!!sonny
 
Cz6 was the first analog CZ and had a molded connector which had a high falure rate...Fisher installed a new connector and removed the pigtail and basically made it a CZ6A which was shortly therafter introduced...
CZ7 was the first digital CZ and had battery drain while in storage, was replaced by the CZ7A...
So if looking for a used CZ...would recommend the CZ6A or the CZ7A...
