CZ customer finds thousands

One of my customers from another State has hit the jackpot with his CZ-21. He researched a place that once was a resort area with a special water park. The lake was drained and he has found over 5,000 coins in two outings. He told me after a while he just started scooping up sand and running his fingers through the coins. He has to quit once his back gives out. Pics will follow when he's finished. Oh yeah, rings, watches etc are coming out too.

Coins are still coming out by the hundreds now. Won't know dates until he has time to start cleaning but it appears to be mixed dates. Time and an aching back are the limitations. CZ still is overwhelmed by the mass of targets. Should get interesting when he starts pulling out the deep ones. David@Dixie

He is now over 9,000 coins and still going. Appears to be fairly modern; 1940s and later. Will keep updates going. Once they are cleaned he will send me pics to post. GH, David@Dixie

Perhaps one of the major detecting magazines would like to do a story and may be lucrative to the hunter so releasing too much info could negate these possibilities or perhaps too much info and the hunter could have lots of company on his next trip..Hopefully a word to the wise is sufficient..

Come to think of it, most "virgin" anythings are pretty awesome.
