CZ-7A PRO ?

I have owned a couple of CZ-70 PRO'S ,But never a cz-7a pro. I know one is 3 tone and one is 4 tone,But other than that I was curious if the sensitivity can be run higher than 4 on the 7a-pro? On all of the cz-70-pro's I had I could only run the sensitivity to 4. But my buddy who had a 7a-pro could run his up to 8 if the condition warrented it. I was wondering you guys out there who own CZ-7a pro's if you can run your sensitivity past 4? Or did my Friend just have a hot one? Thanks for any and all replys.

Yep have used several of each and first time I used the CZ70 pro thought it was faulty as after 4 unit became unstable..As far as the CZ7A pro 6 or 8 sens. is quite common...
Must be new sens.adjustment on the CZ70 pro and the CZ3D as its common in both where CZ70 4 is tops and CZ3D between 4 and 5...
Ironic as a CZ70 pro set at sens of 4 will go as deep as a CZ7A pro in 6 or 8 sens....at least the ones I used and tested...

Well,

I took my machine out for the first trial run today at the local park and couldn't believe how many nickels I retrieved. I got one Buffalo Head (no date) in the mix as well as 5 other clads. Additionally, I got two rosies and 4 pennies. Not too bad for 40 minutes of detecting. I'll have to keep figuring this one out but doing the ground balance wasn't too bad at all. I did pick out some metal bottle caps that rang high and a few pieces of junk-- but what a world of difference from Bounty Hunting!
