CZ 7 target ID

Pros a bit more depth and much more coverage per sweep. Cons its heavy and would certainly ruin the good weighting and ergonomics of the the rod mount only CZ7.
I doubt if it would improve accuracy and actually feel the stock 8 inch coil may be the more accurate ID coil.
 
Look back at the Fisher Intelligence editions, i think Dankowski covers this in one of them. I think if the target is alone, than the answer is yes, better id. But if it's surrounded by nails, than the 10.5 is more likely to be a victim of masking, since it would have less target separation potential. But i think Dankowski also mentions that in certain cases if the coin is bigger than a nail it will id correctly, but i can't remember the details. Ah, now it seems like i have to go back and reread it myself:)
