CZ 6 or Sovereign; Which would be the better choice for wet-sand beach hunting?

Skillet

Mostly a landlubber here but would like to add a beach hunting machine to the stable for some semi-annual beach combing.

I'm looking at these two as they seem to be available in my price range and would add to my choices for land hunting as well.

If you had the choice between the two, which one would you pick? I'd like to hear from those with experience with one or both on the beach. Any pro/con advice would be greatly appreciated as well!

They are splash proof however they are no longer made but a used one can be found.

Both will preform well on the wet sand but the 6a offers a little more protection.

I have used both and they botk work good on the beach.
I would gie the NOD to the SOV and the SOV with a DTI meter for sure.
