HI GUYS AND GALS.I HAVE A CZ-5.ONLY MAIN COMPLAINT IS YOU CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PENNIES,DIMES,AND QUARTERS.DOES ANYONE HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR ANOTHER MACHINE THAT HAS THE BALANCE AND QUALITY OF THE CZ-5?A LITTLE LIGHTER WOULD ALSO BE GOOD.

I beg to differ on your statement as Zinc pennies and Indian head pennies will come in as Zinc...however many pennies such as wheat and some pennies from the late 70's and early 80's will come in in the area of dimes and quarters. Quite a few ID machines that are much more accurate but lack the depth of a CZ are much more accurate so shop around. For years argued a CZ with a 1-100 meter would be a world beater and even though only CZ still manufactured CZ3D after the consolidation perhaps we will see something along that line..
Not my style to recommend other manufactures on a Fisher forum so do your homework...
