My first Target ID fisher ,I,ve been testing separation against my 1236x2 in an area searched before with numerous detectors, digging every signal.
No coins yet, but a well -cleaned area for another test garden.
after Using the 1236 for 3 years the CZ seems heavy,But I grew up in the BFO days,so Maybe I,m Just getting Old?
Now I,m just waiting for the rain to stop.
Happy Hunting,Mont

It's an awesome machine. Still use my CZ-20 regularly but it's not the same as my CZ-5 or CZ-7 was, they were DEEP machines. Well if I get out and find enough goodies this year I hope to pick up one by the end of summer.

Have fun!

CZ5 can be hipmounted if it feels heavy and many do...Go out in your backyard and practice the bobbing method of ground balance and once you get that down a few bobs in the field and your on your way...Tip...balance with max. audio so you can hear the subtle differences and once balanced use the setting of your choice..
Proper ground balance is the secret to max depth and stable unit. Google Mikes CZ page as it has a lot of tips...

Congrats on the CZ Monte, I know in a short order you will have it mastered. It is a sweet machine to use. Use zero disc and listen to the tones in the parks and fields, use autotune all metal for the west coast beaches, best to dig all.
You can even use autotune for nugget shooting in heavy mineralization where the Gold Bugs have problems!
You're going to love the CZ Monte! Work slow.
