I WENT TO THE OLD GROWN UP PARK THIS AFTERNOON AND FOUND A FEW COINS.GOT OVER A INCH OF RAIN AND THAT SURE HELPS.JUST GOT THE 3D A MONTH AGO AND AM JUST NOW STARTING TO GET THE HANG OF IT.I THOUGHT WITH OVER 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE IT WOULD BE A SNAP TO LEARN,NOT SO.HOWEVER ALLMOST ALL FINDS HAD ONE OR MORE NAILS IN SAME HOLE.SOME HAD SO MUCH TRASH NEAR THAT I COULD ONLY PICK THEM UP IN PINPOINT MODE IN PILE OF DIRT AFTER DIGGING.RAY IN SOUTH-WEST MO.

Nice finds. Without naming specifics, are you digging in the Ozarks, lead belt, what general area in Missouri? My brother & I hunt the St. Louis area and Lincoln County. Only one barber between us, with about 7 or 8 Indian heads. We pulled up the barber and I think 4 Indians out of one site this summer. You hit the jackpot on this place.

I AM ABOUT 50 MILES NORTH OF SPRINGFIELD.THE PARK I HUNTED HAS BEEN GROWING UP IN BRUSH SINCE EARLY 1940S AND IS TUFF TO SEARCH BUT WELL WORTH THE TROUBLE,RAY-MO.:fisher::crylol:
