CZ-21?

Is there any information from Fisher on the CZ-21? How does it compare to the CZ-20?

and unless I'm mistaken, they are being very quiet about what it will be like except that it indeed takes over for the CZ20 and last estimate was that it will be available in October.

I think some people have either heard or guessed that they've made improvements on the pinpoint, but beyond that I haven't seen much else.

We have at least one person on this forum who has one on order and has offered to provide a review after trying it out in October.

The only other thing I keep hearing people hope for is that it has settings for switching back and forth between salt water and freshwater modes.

That's all I've heard so far.

This is all I know and have heard:

A vender has pushed us back for a part needed for the CZ21.

Initial reports were for a possible release delay of October 1.

We will work with the vender and could have this time cut down considerably---possibly the first week of September.

Information regarding changes will not be readily available to end users until release of the CZ21.

The official word at this time on the CZ21 is that it will be an improvement from the CZ20 and that the forecasted release date of August 18th has been pushed back to an unspecified date.

Retail price is 8 inch $1099----10.5 inch $1149
