CZ-21 pinpointing help.

Can some of you please give me a few pointers on what works well for you when pinpointing with the CZ-21 with 10.5" coil in chest deep water. I have about 5-6 hours water swing time with this unit but am still not very accurate pinpointing causing some extra scooping and sometimes frustration. I usually do use the pinpoint button.

When you pinpoint, as you get closer to the target, retune the pinpoint by releasing and then reapplying the pinpoint button. You may want to do this several times. You can get right over the target by doing this. When you have the target zeroed in, place your foot against the back of the coil, then dig with your scoop in front of your foot. A long handled scoop is a must.

Remember it ain't easy to find your target under water, especially if you have wicked currents, but this helped.
