CZ-20 vs CZ-21

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I can't find it. Years ago I bought my CZ-20 new for a life time warranty. Recently the control cable got seriously frayed when I got picked up and dumped by a wave. I sent it to Fisher. They said the CZ-20 is no longer supportable and would have to be exchanged with a new CZ-21. For those of you who have used both, could you tell me how they compare.
