CZ 20 stuck in pinpoint all the time .Nothing I do will get it to work Anyone got any ideas please reply

the only fix i know of is to send it to fisher. if you are the original purchaser and have the lifetime warranty they will replace cz20 guts with cz21 guts. if you don't have the lifetime warranty the cost is steep. if you do send it back, send it through your local dealer, you'll have better luck.

i suggest that you go to the fisher forum and run this question past the fisher service person posting there. i've been fortunate enough to have joined the club twice! traded the first one back to local dealer towards new one and then when it stuck sent it back to fisher for repair. it was b4 the cz21. love the detector dreading joining the club for third time.

First of all are you SURE you do NOT have it in AUTOTUNE mode?????

Second, turn it on, and see if you can wiggle the switch from side to side or top to bottom and see if you can unstick it.

Third if that doesn't work send it in BUT EMAIL Mike SCOTT FIRST. He will give you the cost to repair. I would have the switch disconected and NEVER use it again. It is WORTHLESS in my opinion and I have used them for 6 years.

Good luck!!

PM me if you have any questions.
