Cz 20 hot or not

Hey guys, lookin into the purchase of a used cz 20.
I often read on these forums about how the Fisher cz20 and 21 can be hot running machines or not. Can someone explain to me if that means some machines are more sensitive, or go deeper than others. Please enlighten me on this subject.

Each machine is calibrated differently. I would say no to detectors are the same. Although they should all be about the same.

Is it from a forum member? I recently traded my CZ20 and now see it is now for sale. If it's that one I would say buy it, it's pretty hot for an 8" coil!

I got the pm, pretty sure that was my detector.... if you are ok with the 8" coil I'd go for it, it's a hot one!
