Headed out this afternoon for a couple of hours and hunted my youngest son's junior high. There was still a little bit of that white mold around, but it was easy digging anyways. I ran the machine with zero discrimination for most of the hunt. The coins locked on nicely. I tried the true all metal mode for a while, but there were just too many targets in the ground.
Here's a closeup of the pearls. My daughter says that they are not worth a whole lot. I am going to send those pearls back to school with my son to drop off at the front office so that hopefully they can be returned to the girl who lost them. My coil also beeped on a 5 cent play-coin. I have several varieties of play money, and they are quite collectible.
