Last night was great weather, and just peaceful. Me, the moon and a football field.

Dug plenty of trash looking for the yellow metal.

The sterling earring came early, followed by the junk metal religious pendant.

An hour or so later came the deep soft tone us guys listen for, at 7"-8" there she was, 1927 "P" merc.

As I was heading towards the truck I got a signal that Disc'd out at zinc and decided I could use another bazillionth crusty zincoln and was surprised that it was a copper memorial ( scratching my head) stood up and scanned the hole again, Yup another signal, clad dime ( What the Hell??) pin pointed and there was another coin on the edge of the small plug. Out came a nickel, saw the buffalo and thought to myself that they really shouldn't have done that to those modern nickels, flipped it over only to have the chief looking at me hahaha, A recently dropped 1936 Buff, how about that.. Didn't have to do any cleaning for a change

Also just before the buffalo coin spill I looked up from a plug and spied a $1 bill folded up on the grass ( it bought my 5 year old popcorn at her sisters basketball match this morning, so no pic lol)

Now Mud there is your motivation, go digging

Whoa! That's the cleanest dug buffalo nickel that I've ever seen. The ones that I find are a rusty red color, except for one that was a dark bronze color.

Nice going on the silver!

Yeah boys that Buff was a recent drop for sure. Only an inch in the ground with the other two coins, only one nicer in my collection is a 1920 that I found in my pocket change when I needed a coin for the wife to scratch lotto tickets lol.

On location detecting at the moment, no silvers yet... Gonna keep after it ,
