I don't think Kellyco repairs the Excals for Minelab, do they? Either way, yes...Am hearing Minelab's customer service is getting pretty darn good these days. Faster turn arounds too.

My Xcal went back twice i just got it back yesterday. I wouldnt call their service horrible.... they did some things that didnt satisfy me which i wont go into and had to do a redue. Stuff happens. According to ML Kelleyco does NOT do Xcals so i had to send mine to Ill from florida (where kelleyco is located) they paid for the last one. End result i got a great running machine now. But it did take a month ..... then another couple weeks because of the 4th. Bottom line to me is..... the Xcal is the best in the water and id buy another. Hope that helps.
